With the purchase of this Subscription (“ITS Premier Delivery”) you receive unlimited next day delivery (usual cut off times apply) to UK post codes (excepting the restricted post codes) (full details of post code restrictions and cut off times can be found in the “Postcode Restrictions” section below). Sparkle Baby will not be held responsible for any hire items being unsuitable, or for any items fitting incorrectly due to incorrect size information being issued. Cancellations to costume hire may incur in loss of deposit or a percentage charge. Any Refunds made will be to the named person on the hire agreement only and to the card or bank account that original hire payment was made from. Cancellations will not be accepted by a third party. Cancellations must by email or message by the named person on the hire agreement only. The hiring of items will be to the person named on the agreement invoice and to no other person. Any damage to any hired items during the hire period will be assessed upon return of the goods and charged accordingly if necessary. Any loss of hire goods will result in the replacement cost being charged. It is advised that you us tracked/insured method of carriage through your local post office or a courier company. 
The hirer is responsible for ensuring goods are packed and returned in a safe and secure way.
Failure to return the goods by the stated date shall incur excess charges at the hire rate agreed by Sparkle Baby. Any loss or damage whilst on hire shall be paid for by the hirer, at the rate determined by Sparkle Baby. DEPOSITS DO NOT COVER LOSS, THEFT OR REPLACEMENT. The deposit will be refunded on return of the hire goods. Full hire payment will be paid in advance to secure the hire goods for the agreed date & a security deposit shall be paid on every item hired. All items remain the property of “Sparkle Baby” No Hire goods will be guaranteed or booked until the full hire payment is made and received. Any Applicable carriage charges shall be paid for by the hirer. The hire charge shall be shown on the agreement invoice. Late Returns will be charged at £3 per day. It is understood and agreed by the hirer that all items hired are subject to the following conditions:Īll Hire Costumes to be returned UNWASHED - some costumes need specialist cleaning processes so we will take care of all that so no need to wash costumes before returning.
